This luxurious beach townhouse is just steps to a private beach entrance. Completely renovated top to bottom. This 2 bedroom, 2 1/2 Bath townhome is awesome! The home has a custom eat in kitchen, large living room with a bistro table, reclining couches, and 1/2 bath on the main floor. Upstairs has a large King master bedroom, with a full bathroom. The second bedroom has a double bed with a pull out trundle, and a second full bathroom in the hallway. The townhome has granite kitchen and baths, wood-look tile floors, tongue and groove wood ceiling downstairs, and lots of beach decorations. The unit is a 2 minute stroll to the beach. Chairs are provided on the beach. Siesta Beach House has a large heated swimming pool, shuffle board court and on onsite manager.

The unit comes with 1,000 sq foot of space (sleeps 5 comfortably), and includes certain necessities such as: hair dryer, Internet, iron & board, linens, telephone, towels, coffee maker, dishes & utensils, microwave, oven, refrigerator, stove, and daily cleaning (extra fee). Non-smoking unit, 2 night minimum stay.
